Bloodring

Wizards who draw elan from living creatures. Bloodring wizards are much more feared than Necromancers for their power is believed to destroy the very essence of the soul denying their victims the rewards of the afterlife. Like other wizards, those depraved enough to turn to Blood-magic often master several schools of magic giving them tremendous power when they need never worry about overtaxing themselves. Most Wizards are limited by the reservoir of elan that their bodies can hold while blood-magic is powered by the life force of others.
