Arcane Sites

The retreating civilization on Roen has lost much to the past - ruins, dolmens, standing stones, and wells are discovered within the deepest woods sheltered from the eyes of men. Other, more storied, places see visitation by scholars and wizards who come looking for the secrets that may be found at such sites of power. Magic, Elan, is not a constant and steady force. It is a like a river flowing over the land, here and there pools form and eddies swirl.
