I'm planning an epic Song of Ice and Fire game where I will be hacking together a bunch of bits from different systems.

D20 Game of Thrones Core Book
Fields of Blood (mass combat/realm-level mechanics)
Green Ronin Song of Ice and Fire Core Book (for house-creation rules)


I need something for naval mechanics, and would be glad for other suggestions. Also would love to restart Oak & Iron now that I've read the whole series.
